Avocado Pasta

Ingredients:

1 serving of soba noodles

1 avocado

4 cloves of garlic

1 red pepper, diced

1 tsp Dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook your noodles.

Mash your avocado in a bowl. Mince your garlic cloves and add to the avocado. Add the spices and mix until it’s smooth and creamy (use a blender if necessary). Add your red pepper (or tomatoes) to the mix.

Add in your noodles and mix! 

Enjoy the garlicky mixture!
